Convert images to PDF without uploading

Most "JPG to PDF" websites upload your photos to their servers. That is risky for documents like Aadhaar, PAN, marksheets or bank statements. Hisaab Kar's Image to PDF tool works completely inside your browser: your images are read on your phone or computer, converted to a PDF there, and downloaded directly. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else, there is no watermark and no sign-up.

How to use

1. Tap Choose images and select one or more photos (you can select again to add more).
2. Use the ↑ button to change page order or ✕ to remove a photo.
3. Pick page size: A4 is best for printing and government portals; "Same as image" keeps the original shape.
4. Choose quality. For forms with a size limit (like 200 KB or 500 KB), choose "Small file".
5. Tap Create PDF, then Download PDF.

Tips for sarkari forms and college portals

• Scan documents in good light, keep the page flat, and crop the edges before converting.
• If the PDF is still above the size limit, choose "Small file" or reduce the number of pages.
• Many portals need each document as a separate PDF – make one PDF per document.
• Use a clear file name such as class10-marksheet.pdf.

Supported formats

Any image your browser can open – JPG/JPEG, PNG, WEBP, GIF (first frame) and on most new phones HEIC photos converted by the gallery. Transparent PNG backgrounds become white in the PDF. Images larger than 3,000 pixels are resized to keep the PDF light; the text in documents stays readable.
